Refund Policy

Tips are non-refundable. A tip is a voluntary gift to the performer, and it’s paid out to them shortly after you send it.
When we’ll help
Contact us within 30 days if:
- you were charged twice for the same tip;
- you were charged an amount different from what you confirmed; or
- someone used your card without your permission.
Email dreamhiveinc@gmail.com with the date, amount and the performer’s name. We’ll review each case and, where appropriate, refund it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — it’s faster for everyone.
Song requests (when available)
When you request a song, your card is only authorized, not charged. You’re charged only if the performer plays your song. If it’s skipped or the set ends, the hold is released and you pay nothing.
What appears on your statement
Tips appear on your card statement as “CUETAPS”.
